Hailey Baldwin is 20…again!
The model celebrated her belated birthday at an exclusive party at Mrs. Sippy in Sydney, Australia Tuesday with her gorgeous legs on full display.

Hails chose an embellished deep blue strapless mini dress for the occasion, styling it with electric blue strappy heels and a choker that looked like a few pieces of string wound around her neck.
But at least it didn’t resemble a neck brace!
The blonde beauty apparently couldn’t quite stay up late for her own party as she lamented the 19 hour time difference (below)!
