As we reported in 2016, Frank Andrew Hoover — the man who allegedly sent “harassing emails” to the musician’s dad — was arrested after he allegedly broke his restraining order and followed the singer’s motorcade after her concert in Austin, Texas.

In one of the alleged threatening emails, Hoover allegedly promised to “end all the Swifts.”
According to TMZ on Monday, after pleading guilty to repeatedly violating his order, Hoover was sentenced to ten years probation, and will be tracked with a GPS for at least the first year.
He must also complete psychological testing, attend substance abuse classes, surrender all firearms, and undergo random drug testing.
Needless to say, the alleged stalker must stay at least a mile away from the pop star and her family.
