Cher‘s luxurious Hawaiian mansion is going up for auction in January and is expected to sell for between $8 and $12 million.
Sounds like a lot, but the properties in the area used to be worth $20 million or more when the economy was better!
Cher’s home has an infinity pool and spa, four “bungalow living suites,” a “media bungalow” with a bar and ocean views aplenty.
Sounds lush!
Why is she giving it up?!
