Prosecutors are saying they probably won’t reach a decision on whether or not to file charges against Charlie Sheen for his alleged domestic violence case until February.
Sheen was arrested on Christmas Day under suspicion of menacing, second-degree assault and criminal mischief.
Chief Deputy District Attorney Arnold Mordkin has said that menacing is the most serious charge of the three and usually carries a sentence of between 2 to 8 years in prison accompanied by a fine ranging from $2,000 to $500,000!
Yikes!
Charlie will appear in court on February 8 and he is currently free on an $8,500 bond.
The guy’s a loose cannon!
