Brooke Mueller, the wife of Charlie Sheen, has reportedly PEACED OUT of rehab because a staff member at The Canyon in Malibu leaked her admissions documents to various media outlets, which detailed the specifics reasons for treatment!
So much for feeling safe and comfortable when you’re at your absolute lowest!
The facility is conducting an investigation to figure out who was the sneaky rat and Brooke is currently at home in El Lay and looking for a new treatment center.
