Everything having to do with this guy has become a court case!
Michael Jackson signed a contract a year before his death with Nederlander Presentations for a musical featuring tracks from his albums Thriller and Off the Wall, but now his estate is attempting to nix it from happening!
However, Nederlander is filing a creditor’s claim and hoping a probate judge will force the executors of the estate to honor the aforementioned contract!
Lawyer Howard Weitzman says:
“I’ve seen their creditor’s claim. I don’t agree with their request.”
What do U think?? Should a Michael Jackson musical come to Broadway??
