Jesse James Arrests A Pap!

And vice versa!

Jesse James and a paparazzo have made citizen’s arrests on each other after Jesse accused the photog of stalking him.

The pap called the Long Beach police to report his car had been vandalized while parked outside of West Coast Choppers by Jesse James.

Neither one of them has been taken into custody, but an investigation is underway.

Sounds like Jesse was just waiting to snap on someone after everything that’s going on! Unlucky paparazzo!
