Stalker Arrested

Good news for Law & Order: Criminal Intent star Kathryn Erbe.

Her alleged stalker, Charles Nagel, was finally arrested last week in Philadelphia.

For several years, Erbe had been receiving letters and emails from the crazy. He even showed up on the set of her show, both in NY and Los Angeles. A source reveals:

“He sent her letters of adulation for years about how much he loved her . . . he was totally obsessed. It was a case of unrequited love.”

Though things took a turn for the worse when her relatives started receiving letters at their homes.

So after meeting with NYPD detectives, officials were able to arrest the stalker last Tuesday.

Nagel is currently being held on stalking charges in Philadelphia and is pending an extradition hearing.

Hopefully they can keep him away from Kathryn for good!
