Team Michael Lohan has sent a letter off to the judge in Lindsay Lohan’s DUI probation case asking him to consider inpatient rehab for Lilo.
The letter drafted by Michael’s lawyer acknowledges that Lindsay has missed “multiple court-ordered alcohol education classes,” but recommends rehab as an alternative to jail.
As Michael is supposedly “gravely concerned” about Lindsay’s “deterioration,” if the judge won’t consider rehab, Papa Lohan is then asking the judge to extend her probation and subject her to “frequent, random, court-ordered drug testing.”
He is also seeking the judge to order family counseling that can later be filmed for a TV series.
Much better alternatives to jail, we think.
But then again, she’s been to rehab, she’s been to jail. Neither seemed to work before.
What will it take to save LiLo???
