MiMi Is Her Own Hero!

She saved herself from going up in flames! (Too bad she couldn’t do that with her latest album!)

While performing in Egypt this week, Mariah Carey faced an electrical fire moments before she was about to go on!

Like anyone would, Mimi gave the full deets on Twitter (hopefully not while it was happening!)

She tweeted:

“In Egypt gettting ready to go on stage and suddenly there was a surge of power and an electrical fire started under my feet! Wtf?!”

Naturally, my emergency instincts kicked in and I put out the flames w/a towel. Lol (yet true).”

Good for you, girl! Perhaps when your next album flops, you can consider a change in career. We there would be a lot of more fires if you were riding on the truck!
