Though her family – mom, sister and older brother – are currently in Las Vegas, PerezHilton.com has learned that Britney has indeed already flown back to Los Angeles.
On Saturday, sources spotted the trainwreck at her temporary home, the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills.
