Aaron Rodgers is going NUCLEAR on his exes. This ain’t cool!!!
The NFL star stopped by Wednesday’s installment of The Pat McAfee Show and, without naming names, totally blasted his exes. But like, in such a mean-spirited way. While speaking about the private life he and his wife Brittani, who remains out of the public eye, lead together, Aaron reflected on meeting her years ago:
“When we met back in 2017, I knew that there was something crazy special about this and I wanted to be with her. She would make funny comments like ‘I would never live in Green Bay,’ and, ‘I don’t want to be a player’s wife.’ She’s not a public person, and then she moved back across the pond and then I got myself into crazy town.”
“Crazy town”? Yeesh. Not off to a very sympathetic start. Buckle up, because it only gets nastier from here. The 42-year-old claimed:
“I was with individuals who called paparazzi, who leaked or talked about where I was living, who coerced me to making the proverbial Instagram and social media posts. I never really wanted to live a public life.”

He pointed to his feud with his family, calling it “one sided” as they were “making shots in the media saying bulls**t.” He added:
“I never said anything until it got to the point where enough was enough.”
For someone who wants nothing to do with a public life, he’s sure doing a lot of public whining about it…
On his wife’s privacy boundaries, the quarterback noted:
“She didn’t sign up for this bulls**t. She signed up because she loves me, and she supports me, and she wants to spend the rest of our lives together, and start a family together. She didn’t sign up to be an out front social media bag. She doesn’t want any of that bulls**t and I don’t either. I was with that … I lived that life, I didn’t like it.”
He made it clear that he and his wife will not now or ever in the future live a public life, before grossly belittling his exes:
“I dealt with clinically bipolar. I dealt with depressed relevance-seeking. I dealt with people that wanted to search out other possibilities before they could commit to me and then they go on TV talking about how I ruined their lives and all this s**t. I just want to say, ‘Move on with your life. Stop lying about me. Just move on with your life and be happy.’”
WTF, dude?! Who talks about women like that in the year 2026?!

Like we said, Aaron never named any names, but in the past has been in high profile relationships with Shailene Woodley, Danica Patrick, and Olivia Munn, and linked to Kelly Rohrbach, and, Mallory Edens. Multiple of which have spoken in depth about their breakup with him publicly. In 2024, Shailene tiptoed around saying Aaron’s name while speaking about a “really awful, traumatic” thing happen to her in early 2022 — the same time she and Aaron split up. She told Outside:
“I felt like I lost my soul, my self, my happiness, my joy. I really understood depression and anxiety and, like, complete soul detachment.”
Last year, Danica opened up about her 2020 breakup with Aaron in depth on The Sage Steele Show. She called their relationship “emotionally abusive” and said it “that wore me down to nothing.” She went on:
“Everything was torn to bits. Yeah, he leaves a trail of blood. I don’t think I’m saying too much earth-shattering stuff after we — there’s been enough out there.”

Last summer, Olivia also spoke briefly about her past with Aaron and his intense family drama. She said on the Armchair Expert podcast:
“There’s this whole big narrative that stayed with me for so many years, but there was just this dynamic in the family that had nothing to do with me. It became this whole big thing, and people were like, ‘I can’t believe her, she’s keeping this family apart.’ People have speculated for many years what was the rift, and I know, but I’m not saying because it’s not my story to tell.”
Kinda sounds like Aaron is the common denominator here. Maybe he should do some more reflecting and less projecting… just sayin’!
The footballer’s appearance on The Pat McAfee Show marks his second time publicly bashing his exes. In his Netflix documentary Aaron Rodgers: Enigma, he complained about fame and being in the public eye — despite willingly dating other celebrities:
“I didn’t do myself any favors with some of the girls I dated after that that were in the public eye.”
This dude clearly doesn’t GAF about upsetting or hurting his lost loves! OR stigmatizing mental health matters…
