adele gives staff a bonus

Yet ANOTHER reason why this woman is amazing!

In celebration of all her recent success, Adele and the bosses at her label have given every staff member at her company XL Recordings a bonus of £1,000!

Here’s what a source had to say about it:

“Everyone who has helped Adele achieve what she has – even in the smallest way – has been thanked.”

Seems like we’re constantly saying this, but we are very impressed, Adele!

Such a wonderful, lovely gesture!
