
Some stars put on benefit concerts to show support for the victims of tragedies — but Adele takes to the street barefoot to help first hand.
The music icon was spotted at the Grenfell Tower in West London on Wednesday night to offer support to everyone affected by the devastating fire that killed at least 17 people.

The 29-year-old and husband Simon Konecki were spotted at the scene of the deadly inferno that set the 24-story apartment tower ablaze in the affluent Notting Hill neighborhood.
According to reports, the singer was going around and offering hugs and comfort to the survivors and bystanders of the tragedy.

The fire appeared to be extinguished early Wednesday but flames rose again by 11:15 am. The cause of the fire has not yet been revealed.
