All the feels!!
Adele took time from her busy schedule on Tuesday to visit 12-year-old Rebecca Gibney — who is confined to a bed and reportedly suffers from cerebral palsy, epilepsy, as well as blindness.
Rebecca’s mother Tracy launched a social media campaign in hopes of grabbing the Grammy winner’s attention.
According to Tracy, Adele’s music is one of the only things that makes her ailing daughter smile.
On Tuesday afternoon, the 27-year-old star’s manager called the family to let them know they would visit their home — just hours before Adele’s concert in Belfast.

Tracy gushed:
“It’s amazing. I’ll never forget it. And I do know that when Rebecca passes away she did get her dream come true. It’s made me feel like I’m the best mummy in the world which I never felt. Adele told me I was the best mummy in the world too.”
Awwww.

First the singer helps a fan propose, and now this. She’s just making dreams come true left and right!
