Noah Cyrus looked absolutely gorgeous at the American Music Awards in this black lace dress and a Chanel purse, but is she channeling her older sister Miley Cyrus?
That dress is WAAAY too short! She’s only 14-years-old!!!
Unless the dress is actually just shorts and we can’t tell cause of the black fabric? But, honestly? We doubt that.
If we factor out the dress length, everything about this ensem is perfection!
Except, well, next time, use some shorter extensions maybe? That hair is unnaturally long!
Hopefully it’ll be a complete win next time? Fingers crossed!
