Amber Portwood continues to go through it at home in Indiana — from pending legal troubles after her alleged machete attack on boyfriend Andrew Glennon to a cryptic cheating accusation, which is now floating between them.
The newest controversy comes after she posted — and then quickly deleted — a seemingly-accusatory message to her Instagram account two days ago, leaving us all to wonder if the 29-year-old Teen Mom OG star had reason to suspect infidelity from Glennon.

The post was pretty straightforward and simple, reading “cheating is a choice, not a mistake.”
Hmmm…
The fact that Amber quickly deleted it may be something, but regardless of the post’s short life, the topic of choice is cryptic enough to wonder whether Amber believes (or knows for certain) her 35-year-old baby daddy may have been unfaithful.
An allegation like that may even explain the anger behind Amber’s alleged machete attack against Glennon, too — though violence is obviously an inexcusable response to anything, (alleged) cheating included.
Amber has quickly gone down the rabbit hole of late after being arrested for domestic battery in the apparent machete incident back on July 5. Since that point, Andrew has made it very clear where he stands, as well.
As you’ll probably recall, he came out after her arrest fighting for sole custody of their 14-month-old son, James. He has since argued Amber is also off her meds — and refusing to take them any longer — to the point where she’s emotionally unstable and unable to care for their child or be a part of their family. In other words, it sounds like the alleged incident with the weapon may have put the final nail in the coffin, at least as far as Glennon is concerned.

Now, to be fair to Portwood, a source recently told Us Weekly the MTV personality “wasn’t just upset out of nowhere,” and “there were things going on between her and Andrew that led to this,” alluding to something else entirely. The source then added (below):
“For the most part, [their relationship] has been good, but lately a few issues have popped up that have made her question things and challenge her trust in him. She has been through a lot. She just wants to be able to trust someone, and there have been major issues.”
Uh-huh… obviously, that’s an Amber-friendly source who could be working overtime to cover her alleged machete-wielding ass after a particularly brutal incident of domestic battery. But there’s always the possibility there is something more to this whole thing lurking under the surface — and in that realm, well, the posted-and-deleted Instagram message would seem to make more sense.
Cheating allegations or not, though, the fact remains the momma of two is in a heap of legal trouble over this apparent incident of domestic violence, and it’s clear she’s going to have to face down the consequences in court. This whole thing might’ve gone over a lot better if she’d just posted the cheating message in the first place and avoided the alleged machete situation altogether! Just sayin’!!!
