It is official!
Mitch Winehouse has made an agreement with HarperCollins to release Amy, My Daughter in summer 2012.
His recollection of Amy Winehouse will span from her youngest years through her singing career all the way to the substance abuse problems.
Though no dollar signs have been made public, we’re imagining a pretty penny is being paid for this. Of course, all of the proceeds from sales will go to the Amy Winehouse Foundation, an organization founded by Mitch to help troubled teens and young adults in their addiction recovery.
Mitch is no Michael Lohan. We know his actions are from sincerity, and we hope he sells millions of copies to aid the Foundation!

We miss you, Amy…
