WHAT?!? SHOCKER of the century!! LOLz!
Pete Doherty has revealed that he and Amy Winehouse were more than blood smearing pals! (Which everyone pretty much knew already.)
For some reason the Libertines/Babyshambles frontman thought it was time to confess:
“This is difficult for me to admit. But, yes, it├óΓé¼Γäós true. Amy and I were lovers.”
Pete, a fellow Brit also known for his music and drug additions, says his relationship with the the late singer VERY serious — but ended on bad terms:
“I loved her then and, well, I still do today. But towards the end, as only lovers can, she became quite mean and cruel to me. She didn├óΓé¼Γäót suffer fools .├óΓé¼ΓÇ░├óΓé¼ΓÇ░.├óΓé¼ΓÇ░├óΓé¼ΓÇ░. and believe me, she had a mean right hook.”
He adds that her untimely death on a cocktail of health, drugs and fame. Doherty says:
“She had such a big heart but she was physically small and increasingly frail and I never once saw her eat anything solid, just milkshakes.”
When she would take her tiny body for a walk:
“Amy couldn’t step outside her front door without a mob of about 30 blokes thrusting cameras at her. If you then include crack in the equation, it becomes a real killer – especially as Amy didn’t do things by halves.”
We’re glad Peter is talking about his troubled love affair with the late singer — and not just cuz we are nosey.
We’re not sure why it’s so “difficult to admit” that they had a relationship, but we have a feeling holding his feelings inside was NOT healthy! Hopefully this omission will help him move on.
