Amy Winehouse's Father Talks New Album

We understand why this would be painful for him, but we’re glad he’s proud of the new album!
During a recent interview, Amy Winehouse’s father Mitch opened up about his late daughter’s upcoming album Lioness: Hidden Treasures.
Here’s what he had to say about it:

“We were finding it difficult to listen to Amy’s music, but we had to listen to it because if it wasn’t up to scratch we wouldn’t have allowed it to go out.”
“We weren’t pleasantly surprised. We were stunned at how wonderful the album is. (But) at the moment I can’t listen to it. In the years to come I will be able to and people have to make their own minds up.”

We can’t wait to hear it, Mitch! We really enjoyed Amy’s new track Halftime!
