Ooooooh so THIS is why they skipped out on the Oscars!
Andrew Garfield and his lovely GF, Emma Stone, were supposed to be at Sunday’s awards show & were VERY noticeable no-shows, which had the world wondering why!
Did they get into a fight? Break up? Get caught in one of Spider-Man‘s webs?!
Well, apparently Emma had a family crisis & being the English gentleman that he is, Andrew skipped out on the show to be by her side!
How sweet of him!

├óΓé¼┼ôIt was disheartening to learn that Andrew canceled on the Oscars. If it were a fight or something between them one would have just came without the other, but this seemed to be more of something going on with one of their families. With Emma, it├óΓé¼Γäós all family first and Andrew is so devoted to her that he wouldn├óΓé¼Γäót just leave her in New York dealing with some sort of crisis on her own. Emma and Andrew don├óΓé¼Γäót have any other press obligations in the next two weeks, so hopefully whatever it is, they will have some time to themselves to deal with it.”

We’re sure it was something important for them to miss such a high-profile appearance!
Hopefully the problem is resolved soon and our favorite couple can go back to being cute & sickeningly in love all the time!
UPDATE: As it turns out, Emma Stone didn’t even plan to attend the Oscars. She had a family obligation in Arizona and apparently declined the Academy’s invitation way back in January!
