Television brought together two 80s icons on Tuesday when Jon Cryer and Andrew McCarthy appeared on The View for very different reasons.
The Two and a Half Men star stopped by the ABC daytime talk show to talk up his first Emmy nomination for Lead Actor In A Comedy Series, while McCarthy was there to promote his new book based on his global travels.
Although the Pretty In Pink stars didn’t talking to Barbara Walters and company together, they met up backstage (above) and we’re sure they had a lot of catching up to do!
Duckie may have lost the love of his life to McCarthy in the John Hughes classic, but we think it’s safe to say that, in the end, Cryer won out and has had a longer lasting presence in Hollywood.
Either way, we’re happy that both of these guys are doing well!
