Remember when Andy Dick was accused of grabbing a bouncer’s crotch, along with groping and kissing another bar patron in West Virginia while he was in town for a performance?
He was supposed to go to trial to face criminal charges, but has found another lucky break and has agreed to enter a pre-trial diversion program.
Basically, if he doesn’t get arrested or use drugs for 6 months, he’ll be absolved of the sex abuse charges. If he fails, he’ll be tried on felony charges.
Stipulations include random drug tests and reporting to the county prosecutor’s office IF he’s arrested ANYWHERE in the country. We wonder if that would happen considering the comedian didn’t even bother showing up for his hearing on Monday.
The most difficult part of this agreement may be for the fallen star to remain employed. That might be kinda hard if he keeps whipping his peen out on stage!
Get it together, Andy! We may be tired of your antics, but we don’t want to see you go to jail.
