Pax Jolie-Pitt might be rocking a massive scar on his forehead right now, but his momma Angelina Jolie went out of her way to try to minimize it as much as possible!
Pax was in a scary e-bike accident in late July, crashing into the back of a stopped vehicle at a busy Los Angeles intersection. He was rushed to the hospital to deal with a head injury after the horrific incident, and the whole thing sounded super intense! Made worse by the fact the 20-year-old was not wearing a helmet!

We finally got a glimpse of just how serious the crash was earlier this month when Pax joined his mom on the red carpet at TIFF for the premiere of her new film Without Blood, revealing a large scar over his left eyebrow. See:
His hand was also in a cast. He seemed in good spirits, and given the placement of the gash, the wound wasn’t nearly as bad as it could’ve been. This, apparently, was all thanks to Angie!
According to DailyMail.com on Tuesday, the actress dialed up one of the best plastic surgeons in the biz to help with her son’s recovery, a source shared:
“Angie wanted to make sure Pax did not have a terrible scar on his face so she asked a top plastic surgeon in Los Angeles to look at him and take care of it.”
Smart! It is his face, after all, anyone would want to protect that — and goodness knows she has the money! As far as the availability of a great plastic surgeon, well… this is Hollywood, baby! What else would you expect?? LOLz! It’s a good thing she probably had easy access to the best of the best in the biz, too! An injury in this spot must’ve been challenging to navigate! While he likely still has some healing to go, it’s looking decent so far!
Addressing the Maleficent star’s parenting style further, especially as it pertained to this medical emergency, the insider added:
“She is a very hands on mother and does whatever she can for her kids. She made the call herself and was there during the consultation.”

A previous People source noted that Angie was by her son’s side throughout his hospital stay, where he spent time in the ICU because he had “suffered complex trauma.” This incident came after a string of alleged “reckless” behavior and other accidents, per Page Six. We sincerely hope he recovers well and stays safe in the future! Maybe a tiny scar can serve as a reminder?
