The arms race of increasingly large numbers of sex partners officially has its first casualty.
If you haven’t followed the controversial trend, some adult performers have been hooking up with dozens, even hundreds of men in a single day. First we heard about Lily Phillips sleeping with 100 guys in a day thanks to a documentary clip going viral. Then a rival named Bonnie Blue slept with over 1,000!
Well, now a friend of Bonnie’s named Annie Knight has given the quantity over quality thing a whirl. She achieved some pretty insane numbers in her attempt on Sunday… but ended up in the hospital for her trouble! Turns out 583 is a crowd?

The Aussie OnlyFans model posted a selfie video on Wednesday lamenting:
“Being hospitalised after taking 583 in a day was not on my 2025 bingo card.”
She captioned the vid:
“I guess we did need that [sewing needle and thread emoji] after all…”
OUCH!
Speaking to Us Weekly, the 28-year-old recalled experiencing “bleeding” in the hours after her event. So she went and had some tests done and ended up hospitalized:
“I’m not doing very well, I’ve been bleeding a lot since the challenge. It was definitely a bit raw down there and I did get a small cut.”
She added, indefatigably:
“I’ll definitely survive but it is quite painful and unpleasant at the moment.”
The thing is, she didn’t know if the bleeding was the result of hundreds of penises in quick succession or her endometriosis.
According to the Mayo Clinic, endometriosis is “an often-painful condition in which tissue that is similar to the inner lining of the uterus grows outside the uterus.” That tissue acts similarly to inner uterine tissue during a period — thickening and bleeding — but because it’s in the wrong place it doesn’t exit the body correctly. It’s pretty rough. So maybe not the best physical condition to introduce, say… an extremely rough day of pounding?
In an Instagram Stories video after the event she admitted:
“I guess 583 guys in a day isn’t that good for your body”
However, in another vid right after she noted her privates surprisingly weren’t even sore — it was her upper body that was sore from having to hold the doggy style position for hours on end. But maybe she just hadn’t felt it yet?
She also told Us in an interview before the hospitalization:
“Doing 583 in a day is quite a lot so I was a little bit worried that I was gonna really struggle with it, because the most I’ve done before that was 24 in a day.”
But she said she hadn’t had any trouble — and was even “shocked by how easy” it was. Maybe she should wait for the second opinion from the doc before deciding that…
