Ashley Tisdale is a bit of a workout fiend, and that’s pretty obvious when you take a look at her incredibly toned bod. However, she tends to fly solo while getting her exercise on.

But seeing as she’ll be tying the knot with her fianc├â┬⌐ Christopher French soon, she decided to drag him along on a trip to Runyon Canyon in El Lay!

The adorable couple made perfect workout buddies as they walked it out and showed a little PDA as they held hands. However, we’re not sure how Chris was able to wrap his hand around that giant rock on her finger!! LOLz!
