Christopher Abbott is ready to be a daddy!
As you know, the Girls alum is expecting a baby with his partner, Aubrey Plaza. It was so exciting to find out about the 41-year-old’s pregnancy, which will be her first child. She gushed last month that it was something she “always wanted”. Aww!
On The Today Show Monday, Christopher also talked about the excitement surrounding their journey into parenthood. Host Jenna Bush Hager asked if they could congratulate him, to which he joked:
“I thought … I thought [you meant] for my Tony nom.”

LOLz!! He clarified he was just “kidding,” though, and added:
“Very exciting. Yes. That’s very nice, thank you very much.”
