Australia Doesn't Want Mushy's Fashion!

Seeing as her acting career has come to a standstill Mischa Barton is trying anything to get some kind of ca$$$h flow.
The Beautiful Life star OC alum is currently in a legal battle with Queensland-based Mischa Accessories after trying to trademark her name, signature and logo in Oz.
Mush Mush has a logo? Since when?
Lawyers for the accessories company have opposed the trademark, which could keep Mushy from protecting her name.
Seriously, this is kind of ridiculous. But we can’t say we blame the Aussie accessories company for not wanting to be associated with a failed actress. Just think of how many sales they’d lose!
