Authorities Won't Arrest Michael Phelps for Bonggate

Michael Phelps can once again venture into the state of South Carolina without the fear of arrest hanging over his head!

We mentioned last week that 8 people were arrested in connection to Bonggate and that the S.C. authorities were trying to build a case against the Olympic champ.

But on Monday, officials said they won’t charge the gold medal winner in the wake of a marijuana pipe photo that surfaced last month.
