Well, well, well… Could these two be reconsidering their breakup??
Avril Lavigne and Tyga reportedly called things off last month, but they’ve already been spotted together again! Over the weekend, the pair were seen enjoying quality time — supposedly just as friends — in Las Vegas. The Sk8er Boi vocalist performed with Marshmello at the Encore Beach Club at the Wynn in Sin City on Saturday — and guess who was right by her side? Yup, her ex! No, not that one, her newer ex.
Tyga was reportedly seen chatting and hanging out with the pop punk princess following her performance. Some fans even caught them on camera at the venue and claimed they were seen leaving the show together, per ET.

As you can see, it appears Tyga also had a gig booked at the same venue on the same day as Avril — just later in the evening. Coincidence? It’s possible! Or maybe they booked back-to-back shows weeks ago when it seemed like a good excuse to be in the same place at the same time? Thankfully it wasn’t awkward as a source for ET told the outlet on Sunday they are still friends. Just friends, this insider claims. Hmm.

As mentioned, this apparent work trip comes after the former couple split last month — news that broke on June 20, but a TMZ insider suggested the split happened weeks prior. Supposedly nothing major broke them up; the relationship just ended naturally. At the time, an ET confidant elaborated:
“Tyga and Avril broke up recently. It just didn’t work out and the relationship ran its course. The breakup was a mutual decision and they are friends.”
They’re really leaning into this “just friends” thing — just like they did at the beginning! As Perezcious readers will recall, this whirlwind romance began in April when they first sparked dating speculation. TMZ published photos of the duo hugging after a dinner together but claimed they were simply good friends. Except she also called off her engagement to Mod Sun, in a move he supposedly didn’t see coming at all. All signs pointed to more than friendship with Tyga.
The following month it was hard to deny sparks were flying when they were seen in Paris together. They ended up packing on the PDA for pics at the Mugler x Hunter Schafer party, including a kiss on the lips. Inside the party, they were reportedly seen with their arms around each other as they mingled with guests.
