Lindsay Lohan‘s bestie, Ray LeMoine, is off the hook for beating up Barron Hilton in Miami last week…
…and he has Barron to thank for it!
Confused??! Us too!
Even though Barron filed a police report after allegedly being jumped by Ray at an Art Basel party, the case has been shelved because Barron won’t return the po-po’s phone calls.
The case will only be reopened if Barron meets up with the cops to discuss the incident.
Clearly, it must not be that important to him so this all sounds fair to us!
After all, who needs justice when you have the luxuries of Hawaii! LOLz!
