Posted to Instagram on Sunday, Bindi — who will be on Dancing With The Stars this season — reminisced about her dad nearly nine years to the day after he was killed by a stingray while filming a documentary.

Awwww! So bittersweet, but also so touching that Mr. Irwin is still in the minds of so many people — his love of animals and conservation certainly lives on through Bindi!
