Amongst all this tragedy, we’re always happy to report good news.
And Blake Shelton is trying hard to make good news happen after his home state of Oklahoma was devastated by a tornado.
After already encouraging Red Cross donations by performing a special song with his wife, Miranda Lambert, for the tornado victims on The Voice, Blake isn’t done yet because he wants to bring some major relief to those suffering most.
He is teaming up with NBC to put on a relief concert that is hopefully happening next week!
All the details are being worked out so that it can happen sooner rather than later, but it’s rumored some of his fellow Voice judges might be involved. And we certainly wouldn’t be surprised if his wife was there to help out as well!
We sure hope this all comes together perfectly and is a huge benefit to those suffering in Oklahoma.
Our thoughts are with all the victims!
