Brad Thanks Bono!

Brad Pitt took the time to thank Bono the other day. No, it wasn’t for the rockin’ tunes, but a thanks for that is always implied! Ha!
Instead, Brad thanked Bono for his humanitarian advice! That advice made Brad into the man he is today, says the actor.

“I sat down with him a few times and got involved in some of the stuff he was doing.”

He said that it made him get off the couch, and that a visit to Morocco was the catalyst to reach out to the U2 frontman.
This all pointed him in the right direction when Katrina hit:

“There was a responsibility to make it right, which was not being answered wholly, so I decided to make that a focal point and help families return home, and in the process we started discovering the inadequacies of low-income housing.”

So fab!
We absolutely love that all of this is so important to him, and we’re glad that Bono could be there to guide him on the right path.
Bono’s humanitarian work is staggering as well, so we have to thank them both!
