Bradley Cooper Dismisses Lance Armstrong Biopic Rumors As 'Nuts!'

We previously mentioned that Bradley Cooper was interested in playing Lance Armstrong in the upcoming biopic helmed by director J.J. Abrams.
That apparently is totally false.
At Sunday’s SAG Awards, Bradley was interviewed about the biopic rumors and said:

“Oh my god, that’s so nuts!”

Wait├óΓé¼┬ª didn’t he just talk to BBC News and say that he’d “be interested” in playing Lance??
Bradley continued:

“I had no idea what [the interviewer] was talking about. I didn├óΓé¼Γäót even know that J.J. has the rights, I had no idea.”

Whatttt?? That’s confusing because apparently J.J. Abrams confirmed that he’s in talks with Bradley and that it was Cooper who emailed him expressing interest in the project!
This is kinda weird├óΓé¼┬ª we wonder if this is another Manti Te’o-style situation!
Let’s hope someone makes a comment on all this and the truth can be found out!
