Bret Michaels: I Won't Sue

Apparently Bret Michaels has nothing better to do than continue to talk about the whole Tony incident!

You know, where the idiot didn’t see the HUGE stage prop being lowered from the ceiling, smacked his face on it, and suffered a fractured nose and split lip.

After much whining about not receiving an apology from the Tony execs and complaining about being hurt, reports were Michaels was ready to sue.

But, according to Bret, that’s not going to happen.

The 46-year-old says:

“All in all, I’d like to think I feel okay. But I got to be honest with you, I feel pretty beat up. I want to make very clear to everybody that ├óΓé¼ΓÇ£ first and foremost ├óΓé¼ΓÇ£ I was honored to be asked to be at the Tonys. I’d never done it before and in all my life it’s not something I thought I’d be on. I was really excited. There’s no lawsuit. I’m not doing any of that. I’m taking the high road.“
