On Monday, TMZ reported that the divorce Brit’s ex-husband Sam Asghari filed for in summer of 2023 has FINALLY been made official! She’s legally a single woman again! And what better time to celebrate than her birthday?! Yes, on Monday the Toxic singer turned 43, marking a new year and a new gal! A new single gal, that is!

The terms of the ex-couple’s divorce settlement were reached way back in May, leaving Sam with next to nothing as they had a prenup. But this marks the official end of them being legally bound. Sam has since moved on with girlfriend Brooke Irvine, while Britney has had an on-and-off relationship with Paul Richard Soliz.
Congratulations to Britney! Between this and forging a relationship with her son Jayden James once again, life seems to really be going her way! Reactions??
