As you know, the 44-year-old was arrested on Wednesday night for a DUI, and her inner circle has reportedly been trying to come up with a plan to get her some help. And that’s exactly what they’re hoping the judge will help them do.

Per TMZ on Thursday, her closest pals think this could be a pivotal moment in her life — and they want to see a judge rule that she get treatment instead of jail time. They think this could be a perfect time to encourage her to seek recovery resources instead of punishing her and possibly making things worse.
