Britney Spears was being honored at the Radio Disney Music Awards with the first ever Radio Disney Icon award when she got quite the surprise!
The pop icon was having a blast watching performances of her old hits — including Kelsea Ballerini‘s acoustic cover of Oops! and Hailee Steinfeld‘s karaoke version of Circus — when a blood-related camo sent a jolt of excitement through the songstress.
