New Britney Spears Music? Manager 'Staged A Career Intervention' In Mexico

The Princess of Pop may have some new music on the way?? Be still, our heart!

If you follow Britney Spears on Instagram you know she’s been enjoying a beautiful Mexico vacay — without hubby Sam Asghari, who jetted off to work on a new movie. That’s a whole other story…

Joining the 41-year-old on her travels instead is her longtime manager Cade Hudson, and according to a surprise report, this trip may not have just been all fun and beach balls — there were apparently some business aspects, too!

According to an insider spilling to DailyMail.com on Wednesday, Hudson had some serious intentions of getting Brit Brit “back to what she loves to do.” Not only that, apparently the 34-year-old former talent agent thinks making music again will help his pal “get back to herself.” So he used the vacay as a way in:

“Cade wants to see Britney get back to doing what she loves to do, as she is a talented artist. He knows that she is still passionate about this. He wanted to have a career intervention and, at the same time, really help her to get back to herself. He told her she cannot throw in the towel yet and he has reminded her of who she really is.”

The Gimme More singer’s manager is determined to get her back to music, saying she “cannot throw in the towel yet.” According to the insider, he’s super close to the pop star, so she might take his opinion more seriously:

“Their time together has been super special and relaxing and has been eye opening for her, to say the least. [Cade is] one of the only people in the world that Britney trusts. Working with Britney during her rise to fame has been one of Cade’s proudest accomplishments in life. In the process, she became like family to him.”

We’re totally on board with the idea of the Toxic singer doing what she loves again! And we definitely want some new music! That is… only IF it’s what she wants to do. If she chooses, free from her conservatorship, to get back to her career? And it helps her stay healthy? Heck yeah we’re on board!

Besides her 2021 song Hold Me Closer with Elton John, Britney hasn’t released anything new since her iconic 2016 album Glory. We all know how terribly she was treated surrounding her music career during her conservatorship, so it would probably take lots of changes and convincing to get her back on board the pop train… but maybe it really is what she needs? She’s certainly shown on her social media that she still has a LOT of energy left to give!
