At least she’ll have more time to prepare for this now!
Yesterday, the Aspen District Attorney announced that there would be NO DEAL available for Brooke Mueller, who was arrested for “possession of cocaine and assault in the third degree” in Aspen earlier this month.
Now, we’re hearing that Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife will not have to make her first appearance in court until January 23 at 10:30 a.m.
No word yet on whether or not the Aspen DA might have a change of heart with regards to making a deal with Brooke…but it’s still not looking good.
What do U think? Any chance that they’ll give Brooke a break this time???
