Brooke Mueller Could Possibly Get Off Scot-Free For Drug Bust

As reported earlier, Brooke Mueller was caught skiing with the wrong kind of snow.
However, she may avoid jail time and the crime all together.
Even though she was allegedly caught with four grams of cocaine, Brooke is a first time offender in the eyes of the law.
Also, the four grams is still in the lowest felony class in Aspen.
Pitkin County’s DA is willing to put probation as an option. Brooke may also have a chance for a deferral.
With the deferral, if Brooke passes a probationary period, the crime is wiped from the records.
