Since Brooke Mueller has found herself back in rehab, it clearly means something’s a mess with her on the drug & alcohol aisle!
But DA Arnie Mordkin doesn’t plan on any independent investigations! Until and unless the probation department sends over a failed urine test, she’s in the clear.
The DA is even applauding Brookie for checking into rehab herself! That kind of initiative really impresses him.
So, basically… he’s a good guy who isn’t looking to add any unnecessary drama to her life just because he has the authority.
