Brooke Mueller is 100% free from going to jail in her cocaine case now… as long as she doesn’t drink a drop of alcohol!!!
As we’re sure you remember, Charlie Sheen‘s ex-wife plead guilty to possessing the powder poison in Aspen.
But since she did it as a plea deal, prosecutors agreed to drop the felony charge. So she got slapped with one year of probation and was able to have the case transferred to California.
But all of that means she needs to randomly pee in a cup for the law… or she goes behind bars quicker than Charlie spiraled out of control last year!
