Because nothing shows sibling affection and concern by exploiting them to the quickest newsource, Scott Mueller is taking the Michael Lohan approach to his sister, Brooke‘s, upcoming court case by yapping to the world.

Brooke, who has been in a rehab center in North Carolina, is “trying to work out the problems” with husband Charlie Sheen, who is being charged with felony menacing and a misdemeanor for allegedly threatening to kill Mueller and holding a knife to her throat.
Yeah. You and your family need to stop talking and let Brooke do what she has to do instead of having to hear what her family is saying to the press. Douchebag.
