Bruce Willis Agrees To Sell New York Apartment At A Loss

Desperate times…

In 2007, Bruce Willis purchased a condo at Trump Place on the Upper West Side of Manhattan for $4.26 million. Today, he is putting it on the market for $3.9 million.

His loss is quite a steal, if you can manage it – thee-bedrooms, high ceilings and a gorgeous view of the Hudson River. We’re sure Bruce had a lot of good times in that place as well, but times being what they are, its just too hard to maintain such an expensive joint.
