Nick Gruber appeared in court late last night after his arrest early Tuesday morning for allegedly punching a guy he brought home from a party.
As expected, Calvin Klein‘s old boy toy was charged with felony cocaine possession and two misdemeanors of resisting arrest and assault with intent to cause physical harm.
Calvin Swint, the dude whose face met Nick’s fist, told the NY Post he doesn’t want to press charges, adding:
“We├óΓé¼Γäóre good friends, end of story. Everybody expects Nick to be somebody. He├óΓé¼Γäós a great guy, he├óΓé¼Γäós a funny guy ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ he├óΓé¼Γäóll make it, he was talking about going to college. I├óΓé¼Γäóm absolutely not in a relationship with him. He├óΓé¼Γäós like my brother, so if he was angry, I could understand why he could take it out on me. We all get depressed sometimes. I feel for him. No one else was on the balcony, just us. It happened, and then I left. I felt embarrassed . . . I├óΓé¼Γäóve never been in a fight before. I went downstairs, and the doorman asked if they should call the police because my eye was bleeding . . . I├óΓé¼Γäóm sorry this happened.”

As for Nick, he was released on $1000 cash bond and is scheduled to return to court on August 9th. His lawyer is “confident” the charges will be dismissed.
Still no word from Uncle Calvin on this whole mess, but we have a feeling Gruber will be getting a stern talking to since Klein paid for his apartment!
