Candy Spelling has money! Lots of it!
Still, she’s about to be evicted from her El Lay condo, according to a new lawsuit! Her landlord wants her OUT, but she refuses to leave!
Candy’s been renting the condo while her $47 million penthouse is being constructed, but apparently all is not well between her and the owner! So what’s going on? Has she been throwing huge parties and breaking things??
NOPE!
Her lease ended at the end of January, but Candy refuses to leave!!
On the flip side, Candy says she extended the lease for 6 months — and even paid for the month of February. Basically she’s calling the whole thing bullshizz!
We can’t imagine that if all that money has been exchanged that the owner would dare to bring the law into this, plus claim that they’re charging Candy $933.33 for every day she stays past her lease!
We’re pretty sure she has the means to find somewhere else for six months! LOLz!
Doesn’t seem like a huge issue to us when money is no object for these peeps!
