Cardi B Shares The #MeToo Story That Made Her 'So F**king Mad': 'He Pulled His D**k Out'!

Cardi B talks sexual harassment.

Cardi B has had to traverse a minefield of d**ks throughout her career, and she’s speaking out about one experience in particular that made her “so f**king mad.”

The Grammy winner sat down with Angie Martinez, the host of WEtv’s Untold Stories of Hip Hop, for an upcoming episode in which she discussed the time she was sexually harassed during a magazine photo shoot.

The Bodak Yellow artist recalled:

“I will never forget how I went to shoot for this magazine and like the photographer, he was trying to get close to me. Like, ‘Yeah, you want to get into this magazine?’ And he pulled his d**k out. I was so f**king mad.”

So mad, in fact, she apparently left the shoot because of his unprofessional, nasty behavior.

Cardi attempted to report the unsavory encounter to the man in charge of the glossy, but to no avail. She added:

“You know what’s so crazy? I told the magazine owner, and he just looked at me like, ‘So? And?'”

Ugh. So frustrating!

The 26-year-old Bronx native explained this type of treatment happens to girls “from the ‘hood” on the reg, adding:

“When I see the #MeToo movement, there’s girls from the ‘hood, I know they went through the same type of treatment… It happens really every day.”

And it generally goes unacknowledged, especially for the women “whose sexuality is at the forefront of their commercial appeal,” according to Cardi’s interview with Cosmo in March 2018.

Back then, she opened up about the same incident at the magazine shoot, telling the publication:

“A lot of video vixens have spoke about this, and nobody gives a f**k. When I was trying to be a vixen, people were like, ‘You want to be on the cover of this magazine?’ Then they pull their d**ks out. I bet if one of these women stands up and talks about it, people are going to say, ‘So what? You’re a ho. It don’t matter.'”

For those who don’t know, video vixens — AKA hip hop honeys or video girls — are the female models who appear in hip-hop music videos. Based on the #MeToo experiences of established Hollywood actresses, we can only imagine the encounters these vixens have had to put up with.

Fortunately for the artist, she’s now at a place in her career where she doesn’t have to anticipate an unwanted game of peen peek-a-boo. When Martinez asked Offset’s wife if this kind of nonsense still happens to her, she said:

“Oh hell no. I’ll put you on blast on my Instagram.”

Ha! We don’t doubt that for a second!

Ch-ch-check out a clip of her interview (below) and catch the full episode Thursday at 10 p.m. EST on WEtv.

Props to Cardi for shedding more light on harassment in the hip-hop sphere. Like she said, there’s a lot that goes unacknowledged in this world — so, hopefully this will inspire more to speak out.
