On separate planes, of course!
Charlie Sheen and his wife Brooke Mueller are both heading back to Aspen this week to appear in court after their nasty Christmas Day domestic dispute.
Brooke is set to arrive in Colorado today and Charlie is scheduled to appear in court tomorrow where his lawyers will ask that the judge lift the restraining order against him.
Charlie already moved out of the couple’s home in El Lay per the terms of the restraining order.
Mueller apparently wanted to divorce him, but after realizing she would lose the celebrity lifestyle she loves and have to deal with a pretty pathetic prenuptial agreement she had a change of heart.
Charlie wants to stay married because he knows that Brooke’s testimony could land him a stint in jail.
Sounds like a healthy Hollywood relationship to us!
